Is it for top or bottom teeth?

They're pretty firm and durable, I usually chew right through these mouth guards but this one has held up pretty well so far.
This is my third nightguard to try and it is the best one yet! It is easy to mold and stays put all night with no issues. I ordered another for my bottom teeth.
It really is great. It’s thin, it’s very comfortable and mould to my teeth so it doesn’t fall out during the night. I have one to my son who had been told from his dentist he needs a night guard to prevent grinding and quoted him $500. I’ve tried the expensive moulded guards from the dentists and sports guards from the chemist. I much prefer these to either of those two.
This is the third one I've bought and the only one that has worked well; the procedure is simple and it adapted very well to my mouth. The other two I bought slipped out of my mouth during the night and were very uncomfortable.
It's very comfortable, you can talk and drink water without any problem. My girlfriend and I remodeled it 3 times until we liked the result. It covers even the teeth if you mold it well. Good product.
